Are you looking for the contract or are you looking for doing a deal that works that way?  If you want to see what a copy looks like,  you can see a sample one here: http://www.uslegalforms.com/fl/FL-00470.htm .

If you want to make that kind of transaction then you need to screen for "seller financing available" , or have your agent ask the seller's agent whether they'd be willing to consider that type of deal.

As others have noted, I would definitely suggest you consult an attorney. There are very real pros and cons in that kind of arrangement.

hope that helps :)

Let me suggest getting with an attorney there to represent you. Land Contracts are very tough to execute. They can also put you into a situation where you could be thinking you've either sold something or brought something only to realize you got ripped off. Get legal advise first.

A legal forms site like this one here may have one that has been reviewed for legal fitness in your specific state by an attorney. You can find a general non state specific format for a contract here, but I would not recommend using it without having a local attorney review it to make sure it is appropriate to the laws in your state and your specific situation.

You should retain an Attorney in Florida, who handles residential real estate matters, to prepare the forms for you AND to follow procedures to protect you and the money you are investing.  In OH, where I am located, there is a law that covers land contracts.  I don't know about Florida.
