Go to city and county records or have your real estate professional run and O & E.

the easiest way is to ask a Realtor to search the tax records of a particular property...we have everything at our fingertips

Try this link:

 http://publicrecords.netronline.com/

Click on the state, then the county and go to the assessors website (or just look up the assessor's website).  Put in the address and it should bring it up.  Sometimes they are not accurate, or so old there is no info but the info you're looking for is generally there.

Hope this helps

You can ask the owner, broker, lender or if it is public record, the clerk or tax assessor. Zillow will show purchase prices as they were published, but these can be effected by whether the broker included concessions, which can be a large percentage of the gross purchase price.
