how do I get Zillow to correct the property type information for my house?

Our unit is the only one in a 70+ unit PUD complex that is categorized as a condo.  All the others are identified as single family (attached), presumably because of the construction type (party walls).  Our unit is valued at $531,500, the identical one across the street is shown at $689,000.  Clearly, the valuation formula includes building type as a value element.

As far as value, Zillow pulls value from similar ZONED properties, and Zillow is a FREE program, NOT an appraisal. Dont expect accuracy for your type of property in SC. Blame the ctiy planners for them messing up zoning and residential use. Out of area appraisers have the same issue also.
