Quick answer... google "Real Estate Appraisers"
Long answer depends on what you need the appraisal for? Typically appraisals ordered by the home owner do not hold the same value as ones orderd by the bank . If you are selling the property..?? you may want to order the appraisal thru a local lender. This way if the bank orders the appraisal and it may be used for lending purposes if whoever wants to borrow money uses the bank the appraisal was ordered with. You can contact a local lender aand see if they agree.
Appraisers will vale the property several different ways. Cost approach. Income Approach. Slaes Comparison Approach. If you are selling the home, most Real Estate Brokers will research the value and provide you with their market value opinion as well. Best of luck

It depends on what you are trying to gain by having an appraisal.
If you are curious about your homes market value, you can contact a local Real Estate agent. He or she can do a CMA report (at no charge) which should give you a pretty good idea on your homes value on the current market. You may gain a great agent to list your home for sale and possibly assist you in finding your next residence!

In order to get an appraisal, you'll need to hire an appraiser (approx cost $400). but, if you were looking for a Zestimate - a computer generated number that is a starting point for comparison of properties, you can enter your address after clicking on "homes" in the top line and then clicking on "go".

how do I get a home appraisal
