There is no place to find the value of your home. The value of your home is determined by the market and estimating the value is more of an art than a science.

Here are some of the hundreds of variables to consider.

1. What have homes sold for in your neighborhood. (You may have to expand your search if no homes have sold recently or live in a rural area)

2. What was the condition of the homes sold

3. What were the terms of the homes sold (cash offer, seller concessions, etc.)

4. What upgrades does your home have?

5. What's the showing condition of your home?

6. What's the competition like in your neighborhood?

7. What repairs need to be made?

and many more like this.

Also, the ultimate price your home will sell for will depend greatly on how well your home is marketed. The more buyers you attract the higher you'll be able to sell.

How you negotiate the offers also plays a big role on how much cash you'll end up with after all terms, inspections and contingencies have been satisfied.
