BUT, if there is wrong info posted, you can "claim the property" and correct anything you want (except the address), including the location on the map, and you can put in any additional information you want, and even post any pictures you want, such as a picture of city hall, or a picture of your cat, or a picture of a dead rat, or a picture of some dirt 20 miles away. You can post up to 50 pictures of your choice.
