The value of a home is determined by what a buyer would pay for that home. The information we use to determine the market value of a home is by comparing that home to properties like it that have sold in the current market. This is referred to as a comparable market analysis (CMA). We make adjustments for factors like location, condition, size, amenities, etc. and determine where in that price range we think your home will sell.
