The best way to determine your home's value is to compare your home to those homes that have sold recently that are comparable to your home in location, features, finishes, and amenities.  You can see what homes have sold by searching at the Eagle County website or by contacting a local real estate broker. 

Each neighborhood in Eagle County is a little different regarding recent sales so it is important to find homes that are in your area to use as comparables.  Hope this helps.

Hi Hillberry!  In order to get the value of your home.  You should contact a local Realtor in your area and ask them to mail you a CMA.  You may want to ask several.  If your wanting to put your home on the market, let them bring it buy in person for an appointment.  Lynne Wright
