Congratulations on having your home under contract. The reason your home did not feed through to other agents websites is your agent chose "none" instead of "all" when entering it in the MLS. This can be changed at anytime. It may have been entered by an assistant or an oversight.

stampman99,

I googled this address.  The only sites that have sale information on it is with Zillow and their competition.  This tells me that this house is being sold as a For Sale by Owner.

Very rarely does a FSBO show up on an agents website.  That only occurs when the seller pays a listing company to put it on the MLS.
Realtors get listing info off the MLS.

If you're interested in purchasing the home, I would call the sellers directly.  Many times you can get a better deal by purchasing directly from a seller.  However, by doing that you're also handling the transaction by yourself.  It can be dangerous if you don't have professional representation.

Best of luck!!

you are not being clear.  What are you looking for?  Do you want to see your house for sale on websites of Realtors, but not pay a Realtor to represent you?
