I don't think you can. Zillow compiles and posts Zestimates. As far as I know, Zillow will not remove or alter the Zestimate by request. They have more info here. As the owner, you can update your home facts and you can create an owner's estimate to show added value for renovations. Those links for owners are here. Making your sure you facts are right is one of the best things owners can do to make sure their Zestimate is as accurate as possible within the system.
