You can list with a realtor but you have to make sure that the agent you list with has an agreement with the websites in which you would like your home to be listed on.  Your local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) does not always guarantee that the listing will appear on Zillow or Yahoo real estate.

You will need to list your home with a great Realtor that will add it to the local MLS and then it will feed over to Zillow and many other websites for marketing automatically.

Or you could list it with a Realtor!  Statistically homes sell for higher prices when listed with a Realtor than otherwise.  This is because the Realtor can be objective and can assist with everything from pricing the home correctly and staging the home to creative Marketing.  It is expensive to become premier agents on the various websites and professional marketing techniques for exposing your home to buyers that would not otherwise know about it do have a pay off.  Lastly, just the fact that the Realtor is an intermediary in negotiations can produce better results.  Good luck with your decisions!   Andy Linss - ReMax Professionals Select
