Because a home has been foreclosed it does not negate your lease. I assure you that the new owner will be contacting you if the property has changed hands. You can also get the information from your county recorder's office.

If the property sold at the courthouse you should move out right away and try to contact an attorney regarding your contract with the landlord.

I'd ask the landlord first. May not tell you the truth as he's probably happy to keep pocketing your money if he's been foreclosed and didn't have the decency to tell you. I'd guess though that some sticker would show up on the door alerting you to foreclosure.
There are a few other ways you can get the info. One is to call the county recorder and see if the foreclosure has been recorded. A few websites will give you foreclosure information for monthly fee.
Also, your contract with the landlord is independent of the landlord's contract with his lender so consult an attorney on whether you can quit paying rent.
Good luck.

There is nothing in the Zillow rules that states one can not post their information.
Nothing.,
how do I know when the house I live in is in foreclosure?
