Call a highly regarded agent to represent you so that they can bid on any property for you and make the entire process easy and seamless. So many different properties have different methods of bidding. You need an agent to help get that done.

Bids are for auctions.  Offers are for homes listed for sale.

You need a buyers agent to assist you and give you advice.

It depends on how the property is being sold and the conditions of the sale. Be sure to contact a REALTOR to help you with the process.

If you are considering purchasing a home be sure and locate a good buyers agent in your area.  Real estate transactions are very complicated with many disclosures, inspections, etc, and this is one time you don't want to go it alone.

Contact a local agent and give the address to have them look up the status, history, etc.

Is it a Bank Owned Property,Short Sale, or a regular sale.?...On bank owned properties you most likely will need a real estate agent to help out ieth the paper work, to submit on line. It could be a Home Path home or a hud home or another kind of sale.

You should give more details. Is a property listed by a broker or an owner? Is it a foreclosure -then you may be required to have an account and submit an offer through a broker  (homepath.com) etc.
