Claim your home and update the information if it isn't yet accurate. This will be your best approach to getting it accurate, but if comparable sales in the area are causing a value higher than you like to see there isn't a lot you can do.

Ok- I did that- the problem is the homes in the immediate neighborhood are selling for almost half of what my Zillow estimate is. There is no way I could get any where near my estimated price for this house. There is damage to the house now, and that will reduce the value. I don't know how to enter that in on my home specs.

The comps in my neighborhood are closer to the $50K range. There is some damage to the house now that I don't know how to enter on my Zillow information. This damage lowers the value of my home. The tax appraisal went down $10K for this year too. I think all of this would change the market value of my home.
