Congratulations on your new home.

First you need to unclaim the home you sold.  To do so, open the home details page, hover cursor over "edit" and chose "release ownership claim".   Then you will be able to remove it from the "favorite homes" list found under "my Zillow".

Next, go to your new home.  Open the home details page, hover cursor over edit and chose "claim your home".
