Did you have it professionally measured? Go into your tax records for Iredell and see what they have .http://www.co.iredell.nc.us/Departments/Tax_Admin/taxfaq.asp#assessor
If its incorrect, correct it with them first which might mean a tax increase.

The first thing you have to do is claim the property as the owner. After claiming the property, you will be able to edit the home facts.

If it is your property then claim it and edit facts. However that info was likely fed from county records which means your edit may get overwritten if you don't notify the county about the correction. Not to mention that means it would be wrong on other sites not just Zillow It is best tO get it corrected on the public record

how do I report incorrect square footage information on a property?
Square footage is 4750
