When you start clicking on the options you want to filter for, you will see that the URL of the pages dynamically changes. So once you finish clicking all your choices you can save that URL to then paste it again in a browser and achieve the same search, or you can save it to your favorites with a name describing your search. I think most users would prefer a "saved searches" link on the website. Every time I log on, I need to repeat my zoom to location, re-enter price range, uncheck "make me move" "for rent" and "recently sold", etc. How about a button to "Save Search Criteria" (a.k.a."Preferences") that would save all the entered info as a starting point.??
Also, how about marking properties to ignore? That would be a really useful feature.

When you come to the site and do a search for an area/zip code/city you should see "email alert" links on the top and bottom of the map and on the left hand side.
Click on that and you can save the search, name it whatever you would like, and choose how often you would like to receive emails. We will send you an email when new homes come on the market in that search area.
