Sorry for the misunderstanding. Not all homes on Zillow are for sale. Those that are say for sale at top of page and have a red icon on the map.
On those for sale houses, contact information is generally at the bottom of the page either in a contact link, phone number or email for the agent or owner listing the house. Hope it helps.

Showing a house is like selling anything. You want to listen you your buyers and present the house is the best light without overselling it. If the house has a private yard, then mention that feature, but if the house has a cracked driveway don't point it out.
Buyers need time for the house to sink in. Listen to what they say so you can help them see whether the house will be a good fit for them.
