If you are selling by yourself, consider a flat fee MLS listing that will get your listing on not only Zillow, but Realtor.com, Trulia, Yahoo, and close to 1000 other popular websites, even DABR.com (the Dayton Area Board of Realtors website), Irongate, and more. The service also includes the Ohio-specific forms a seller needs to follow the law.
Many people are not aware of the flat fee MLS option, they think you either have to pay a traditional agent 6% or be completely on your own without assistance. Remember, Realtor.com gets significantly more buyer traffic than Zillow.
Good luck in your home sale.
