Here are the steps on how to change the listing status:

1. Go to http://www.zillow.com.
2. Log in with your e-mail address and password.
3. On the Home Details page of the property, click on "Edit Status".
4. Select the reason for taking it down (sold, pending offer, no longer for sale).
5. Click on “Create Your Listing".
