It looks like you've claimed your home.  If you wish to put it as "for sale by owner", open the home details page, click on "post for sale/rent" and then follow the steps.   There will be stage where it asks for your credit card information.

If you've already done that and it doesn't work, I'll flag your post for Zillow customer service attention.
