Check your agreement and send a letter in writing, your agent should reply in 30 days time. If you are looking to take it off the market because you want to reset the number of days to ZERO you may need to wait 90 days after taking it off the market to relist it. Many people taking it off the market because it's not selling and the longer it is on the market the lower the offers and the more your Realtor will recommend you reduce the price to meet the current demand. Just be aware that there are at least 10 ways to sell your house, most people only know of or are told about 2 of those ways; 1- Sell it to a Cash Investor 2- Sell it to a traditional buyer with an approved bank loan.

If you are working with a Realtor you should have a listing agreement. In this agreement if should have the provisions if you want to remove the listing from the market. Depending on your agreement you my owe your Realtor a marketing fee if removed from the market before experation. You should check your Listing Agreement...
