You can release your ownership claim by clicking the corresponding link in the Edit dropdown menu on the home details page.
Please sign in, navigate to the home details page (the page with the charts and data, price history and photos), expand the Edit dropdown menu and click the Release Ownership Claim link.
Once you've release the claim you will continue to receive emails about the property unless you opt out. You can manage your email settings for individual properties in your Favorite Homes section of My Zillow.
