Carol--You need to look into your agency's connection with auto-delivery of listings to Zillow and others.  Though it is an add-on expense for them, it enables agents to make one listing load (MLS, Realtor.com,etc.) and it is then "delivered" to Zillow.  You also have the option to do some massaging of the delivered format and make the Zillow (highly desirable, by the way) and/or Trulia listings look even better.  Good luck, lad!
