If you wish a Zestimate for a home, please click on the "homes" in the top line (in blue).   Then type the address in and click on "go".

The FAQ on Zestimates as well as the Zestimates value and accuracy are useful reading.

Please don't use Zillow for estimating value if you want it to be accurate. Zillow is by no means accurate. Have a licensed independant appraiser or competent real estate agent ... wait, your profile says you're an agent. Why do you want to use a commercial, non-local web site when you should have the usual tools ie. the MLS / county assessor records etc. at your disposal to do a CMA? Are you new to the business? If so, perhaps seeking a mentor to show you the ropes might be a good idea. And best of luck to you!

I agree with Julie. Definately get a CMA the problem with Zillow is it does comps from outside of other markets-which will give you a skewed analysis aand maybe a false reality of what your house is really worth. I would contact a local agent for your best CMA results.

Zillow can pulll up solds in the area which will give you an idea of what houses are selling in the area surrounding the house.

An agent would be able to give you a more accurate figure of what a house is. worth using an CMA (Competitive Market Analysis).  They will compare against sqft, beds/ baths/ condition etc.
