Be very careful if you aren't paying cash. Many auctions require a 10% deposit, and many have no financing contingencies. This means if you are unable to obtain financing for some reason, or your lender doesn't move fast enough, you can lose the 10%.

Depends on the process associated with the property. Each property can go through the bidding process differently. Some are online, and some may be on the court house steps. The listing will usually have instructions on how to proceed. If you are just looking for a list, then Josh is right by saying to go to the county. You can usually find them through the county property appraisers website.

You look up your local counties foreclosure auction and you better be prepared with cash. Or if you are talking about something like auction.com or another site like this...get a realtor to assist you. There is more you need to know before you go buy a home!
