Did you get it the way you want? I am out of your area ( I am Main Line, PA Real Estate Agent) but thought I'd try to help. You can edit the listing by clicking on "edit" and change the status. However in doing that you should make sure you market it properly. The photos the better. You can then take them and put it in moviemaker on your computer to make a virtual tour out of it. Be sure to price it right. This last item is tough to do on your own. Zillow's Zestimate is not as reliable as a real estate agent in your area. Remember I am not in your area so I am saying this in order to help you. As a Main Line Real Estate Agent I give an analysis based on factors on top of zillows tools. They are helpful but should be used in conjunction with other data we Real Estate Agents have. Next is the ability to send you listing to hundreds of top popular websites. These days THAT is a big difference in getting the kind of exposure. There are many things so do the best you can here listing yourself but getting a real estate agent involved that is a premier zillow agent gives the listing better placement and seen more than normal. The easiest way to do this is to contact your agent, if you don't have one I'd be more than happy to assist you with this as I do service the bethel park area. If you were planning on selling on your own without an agent you may need to delete your "make me move" listing and ad to the "For sale by owner" listing under the homes tab.
