Are you asking how to change the list price of your home because it is for sale or how to change the Zestimate?

If the list price, you or your agent will have to change it on the source site.

If the Zestimate, the Zestimate is a number generated by a computer algorithm using public data.   Therefore, take time to evaluate the data presented on the site.   Claim your home and correct possible errors in the data.
