Hi Craig-

You may check the Zestimate value of a home on the website. To see the information, just enter the address on the "find homes" tab and it will give you the home information with a Zestimate. You may also enter the city and state or the zip code of the area you want to search and just zoom in to see the home information and the Zestimate.

Please note that the Zestimate is not the actual price and also not an appraisal. It is just a starting point in figuring out the true value of a house.

We do not offer the Zestimate as the basis of any specific real-estate-related financial transaction. It is still best if you will get an official appraisal that will include the specific improvements you made for your property.
