 I have heard that Zillow customer service is required to cancel a Zillow account.

To remove your long list of favorites, you can go to "my Zillow" in the upper right of the screen and click on the word "favorites".  The list that pops up offers an option to remove all the E-mail, as well as remove homes from the favorites.
