Read the agent profiles on Zillow "professionals" and find the one that works and lives in the area you are interested in and trained to work as a buyer agent. I would recommend to find at list a couple of agents. Talk to them and find the one you like. Discuss your goals with the agent. Agent will keep you up to date with the market with 24 h updates. A lot of agents show their profile on zillow. Zillow also has premier agents they work with. Most of them will have reviews from former clients postet. Read them and call a few that specialize in the area you are looking for.
