Zillow does not sell houses. Zillow simply pushes data into the public domain for information purposes. If you want to purchase a home I would suggest that you find a reputable brokerage near you and ask to speak to an experienced buyer agent to get started. Good luck.

Not all houses listed on Zillow are for sale. If Zillow has it for sale, it will say "For Sale" at the top and have a red house icon on the map. If it isn't for sale, it will have a Zestimate at the top instead of a list price.
Houses that are for sale generally have an agent or owner listed. If it it listed by an agent, it will have a "listing provided by" hotlink at the bottom of the page that you can click on. If it has an owner selling themselves, you will also see their contct info on the main house page.
If the house you are looking at is not for sale, I am sure that an agent in the local area would be happy to send you a free MLS search by email with listings that are current and update regularly. You can find agents in your area using the Zillow directory here. Hope it helps.
