To do this, you must cancel your for-sale listing and buy a new ad to post your home for rent. There are no refunds.

Follow these steps to remove a listing and create new one:
- Go to My Zillow, then Listings. Find your listing and click Cancel, then "no longer for sale." (This is non-refundable).
- Click Post for Sale and re-enter your information.
- You will be charged $9.95 for rental listing and $39.95 for for-sale listing.
