Local agents will give you the most accurate informaion. They must see inside your home and the online comparibles do not factor in conditions, popular styles, floor plans, etc.

Comparable properties that have SOLD in the last 3 months, should be the focus for pricing...

To find the estimate from Zillow; simply type in your address and zip code and Zillow will give you a "Zestimate".  If you have a typical condominium in a large complex with lots of similar sales; the Zestimate should be reasonably accurate, or at least a good starting point.  

To get a more individualized estimate of the value of your property; the best thing to do is contact a Realtor who is experienced and familiar with your neighborhood.  The more unique your property is, the more information the Realtor will need to give you a good evaluation. Most Realtors will take a look at the property and give you an estimate without charging a fee.  You should try find at least three recent sales of comparable properties to help establish the value.  If you're in Tucson I can help you. If you're somewhere else, but you don't know a good agent in your area; just send me the basic information on the property and I'll find you someone good who specializes in your area.

Contact an agent in your area. Most will give you a CMA (Current Market Analysis) at no charge. Another option is to contact an appraiser. They usually charge for an appraisal.

If you're referring to the Zestimate value of a house, just search for the address on Zillow.

If you're not able to find the house, that means it's not in the system yet. If you find the address but don't see a Zestimate value, that means we do not have enough/current data to provide one.

Please note that the Zestimate value is not an appraisal (as stated on the website) and shouldn't be considered as such.
