There is a pretty good collection of public records for the whole country at www.netronline.com

You can go to the public records tab, click the state, then county then either recorder, assessor or treasurer links to try to track down ownership.

It isn't perfect, as it relies on data from every county, and each one has a different way of making it available (or not available) to the casual user.

Good luck!

Go to the tax assessors database and see where the tax bill is being sent too.
