Hire a local Realtor and have him prepare a market analysis(CMA) of all the properties that are pendind and sold in the last 3 months.

Of course you can always start with a "zestimate", depending on the reason why you need to know the value of your condo, you can contact an appraiser or a Realtor to give you the proper value.

Contact three realtors in the area and have them send you present listings and properties that have sold in the past 6 months.  It is an easy search for the realtors and you can then compare the prices of the sold properties, how many days they were on the market, square footage, etc.  Then you can study the current active listings and come to a comparative market analysis.  The realtors may very well suggest a price range, but you have the final say.

The best thing for you to do is to contact an active local Realtor. They will have the most accurate information on home sales in  your area, and will be able to guide you based upon correct industry knowledge.

This property is in Ossining, New York.  Realtors in Westchester County do not rely on Zillow estimates but rather do their own comparative market analysis based on comparable properties.

Hi Sandra,

The best thing to do is to contact a local realtor who knows your complex well and have them do a Comparative Market Analysis for you.  They can tell you which units are active, on conditional contract, pending and which units have sold within your complex within the last couple of months.

Best thing to do is call in three local realtors. See what they have to say. They will know the market better than anyone else.
