It would depend on the price range and also whether you want a single family or townhouse.  If you want a one-family and your heart is set on a tennis court, I would suggest you look for a house with a large back yard,  That way you can install your own court & get just what you want!

A number of townhouse developments do have tennis courts.

Good luck!

Agents have a search criteria that can be very detailed when searching for homes.  Contact a local Realtor for assistance.

the MLS provides this information.  If you are in the Kansas City area, you can check my website www.MarleneAlley.com, and it offers you search options for MLS. . .if you'd rather, I would be happy to search it for you, as there are several ways an agent can find that out for you - also, are you wanting a tennis court in your backyard, or one owned by the homes association in your neighborhood?

Ree,

Since in my experience most MLS's view a tennis court as trivial criteria in the most often searched homebuying criteria, your best best would be to acquire the services of a "local" agent who knows what the homes/complex/neighborhoods have to offer.

If you have a Realtor, they can do a customized search in the MLS for pretty much anything you want in a home.  Then you can filter on Zillow through those that have a "make me move" and "for sale by owne"r, that should save you time.

If you wish a private tennis court, this is not a search feature offered by Zillow, but you can go to the satellite map and scroll around.  If you wish a public one, then learn the area and figure out where they are.
