Contact your local county assessor's office , give them the address in question and ask for the name and address of the owner on record for that property.

We rented that house for two years....2006-2008.  We wanted to buy it, but the owner did not want to sell.  We loved it, but he would not budge, so we had to move to a more economical home for us...owner's probably waiting for prices to go back up...we understand he rented it again via PME in Stockton.  But, I'm not positive.  Good advice from others here.

How about knocking on the door and welcoming them to the neighborhood with a plate of freshly baked cookies (or some flowers if the weather is too hot).

County recorder is the easiest and the fastest and is updated immediately...yes online can get you the same info, but if you have to wait for it to update...then is it worth it if you need the info now?

Hi prudnella72 -

In addition to elle's post, you can check the publicly available information about the property you are referring to by going to www.netronline.com, but please take note that it might take sometime for the recent sale transaction to reflect in the county recorder's end, which includes as well the name of the new owner you are looking for.

Thank you.

The information might be online thru the website www.netronline.com. You can also try checking with the county recorder's office to find out about the new owner of this property.
