In this market establishing the value of a home is like trying to hit a moving target. Based on conditions, I'm seeing prices adjusting, up or down, on a monthly basis and it's been very challenging coming up with an accurate price.
In all honesty the best way to find value is to contact a local real estate agent and have them do a "Market Analysis" of your property for free. Agents locally know what things have been selling for in the last 3 months, especially in those more desirable neighborhoods that some websites don't take into account.
