Whatever you do, DO NOT count on the value you see in Zillow. There estimates are hopelessly flawed. They do not have professionals in this area that know the different neighborhoods and understand the variables in quality over quantity. This site is not at all accurate, and it is a mystery to me why it is used by so many people, other than good marketing and ease of use by them. Good job on setting up the site, but they need to have real people doing specific research, not just average demographic trends generated by computers. Their values are a joke.
By all means DO contact a recomended real estate professional in your specific area!

The best thing would be to contact a Realtor in your area. They can do a Comparative Market Analysis and most will do it for free if they think you might list with them. Or, contact an appraiser if you want to refinance etc. they will charge you for this. Good luck...
