you might want to be more specific about what options you are trying to find.  you can expand the search and use the keyword search on zillow but your best bet for a detailed search tool is to contact an agent in your area and tell them what you're trying to do and have use their search tools in the local MLS to find what you want.

of course, the results are only as accurate as the data that's put in, so if you're looking specifically for double vanities in the bath, you might miss some just because they weren't indicated in the listing.  it's a start. but communicating to someone exactly what you want might help too as agents often tour homes and can sometimes tell you about a house that another agent didn't have enough detail on it to come pu on your search.  leverage a buyer's agent for best results.
