Call a REALTOR in your area !
Most broker / agents do not charge home owner s.
This is a updated with comp's closed in the past six months.

The market value can be provided to you by selecting a real estate broker to run the comparables in the area.  You can also purchase an appraisal from a licensed appraiser (not sure if you are asking about your own property or one that you are looking to purchase).

The easiest way, Aldrice, is to hire an agent to show you comparable property values, homes or land that have sold in the last 3-6 months, as well as tax assessments for the same. You could also go to your county's courthouse and look them up yourself if you choose not to use an Realtor and compile your own database. Either way, Good Luck!
