You can check if the property is already in the site by clicking on "Homes" at the top of this page and type in the address in the address search box. You will see a bubble, click on the address to view the home's information page.
Just a heads up, Zestimate is just a starting point to know a property's estimated market value. To get the appraisal value, its best to get a professional appraiser or do a CMA.

i appreciate the replies, but we're getting way off topic. i've bought and sold many houses, so i know the game. all i needed was to find out how to get zillow to spit out an zestimate.

Get an appraiser report, that should be the best source to decide the value.Most of the lenders agree for the appraiser decisions.Also, get the CMA from the real estate professionals.. There shouldn't be much difference.

As Neil said the zestimate is just a starting point and it's best to get an appraisal (costs about $400-$500) or a CMA (comparable market analysis) which is provided by a licensed real estate broker. If you are planning on listing your home it is a good idea to interview a few agents who can share recent comparable sales and make adjustments for things you may have or other homes may have that you don't, square footage, lot size etc.and help you determine a good price to list and a likely range of the home should sell at.
