You can contact a local Realtor for a CMA, comparative market analysis.  When a Realtor comes to your home, be ready to interview if are potentially looking to list your home on the market.  If you want an appraisal performed and do not plan on selling your property at this time, you can contact a professional for an appraisal.

Realtors are happy to come out take a look at your property and put together a Comparative Market Analysis.  You should ask folks you know and trust for a realtor who is familar with your town/neighborhood.  Reach out to that specific Realtor and explain what you would like.  If you are looking to sell your property they can also give you some valuable tips on staging and preparing your house for sale!

Call a local realtor with experience selling homes near you. If you are serious about selling It may be best to get at least 2 opinions.  Ask to see the comparable homes that have sold near you with interior photos.

Hi it's Steve from Realty Connect USA. The best thing to do is to get a professional Realtor in to evaluate the home. We have what's called a Comparable Market Analysis or "COMP". These "Comps" are data compiled from The Multiple Listing Service of homes that were recently sold or for sale in your area.
Hope that helped.

With a CRM report of homes sold and the market will show any trends and what price can be used as an estimated sell price.

Hi,

A CMA (Comparable Market Analysis) done by a realtor and/or an appraisal would be the best tools to know the value of the house. You can also do your own research and find similar properties (homes in the area of Brewster with similar square feet, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, etc.) to see how much they have recently sold for and how much they are currently on the market for.

Hope this helps!

For a FREE estimate or Zestimate go to Zillow.com and enter your address in the white box....

Read this for more info.....

Otherwise, contact a LOCAL Realtor near you for a value, if you think you are going to sell it... Otherwise contact an appraiser in your area, but an appraisal will cost you money........

You can find a local Realtor in your area by clicking the "Find a Pro" link at the top of the page. Once you choose an agent then ask them to prepare a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) for you. This report should compare similar homes to yours in style and square footage. You will see what they closed for and the average days on the market.
