You can subscribe to a search mail from Zillow as well. When you do a search for an area on Zillow, look for the "E-mail alerts" link (with an envelope and bell icon). This will allow you to sign up for daily, weekly or monthly email alerts with your search area. You can do this for as many as you like. If you would like to unsubscribe from the alert, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the bottom of the email.

have your local realtor narrow the MLS search to a map system and eactly what you are looking for, but do keep in mind if you narrow down your field to small you may miss a great opp.. more options ... better chance to get a better deal... good luck
