If they are separate on Zillow, they are probably separate on your assessor records also. The change would have to come from the assessor first before Zillow would likely be able to consolidate. As an owner, your property is generally worth more with the separate lots if they can be individually sold.

Are they recorded as a single property with the county? If not, and assuming you hold title to all, you could consolidate them into one property. If so, confirm the county records and/or survey records. I feverything jives, then contact support for clarification of their records.
