I agree w/ the below answers of call a Realtor, but I suggest ordering three separate opinions from three different Real Estate offices. Call three different Real Estate Companies, ask for a "Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)" on your home, and let the Real Estate companies know the timeframe in which you are thinking of selling. Enter, "Portsmouth Real Estate Agents" into Google and plenty of choices are provided. What is the reason for the three different opinions? No one CMA is the absolute correct Market Value of your home. The "Market" defined: When a seller and a willing and able buyer come to an agreement. The Market is dynamic and constantly changing.Hope this helps,Josh Barnett, Realtor
