You can update the home details by claiming the property. To do so, you can go to the home details page, hover over "Edit" and click "Claim your home". Once done claiming your property, options to edit home facts, description, photos and the like will be available from the "Edit" option.
By the way, I checked your property and it seems it has a duplicate. I'll send it for deletion to avoid confusion. This will reflect within a week or so. You can click this to check the correct property.
