Are you looking to list as FSBO? How soon are you looking to move? The exposure your going to get is not as extreme as listing with a Broker. Look into a office in your neighborhood and interview a Realtor. If you decide to do this a lone, Good Luck!

1.) If you want to do a FSBO where you are competing with real estate professionals, then you just get the word out to as many people as you can that you are selling your home and see if you get lucky.
2.) Contract a Realtor to sell your home for top market dollar and your Realtor will take care listing your home and handle all your marketing to find the right buyer.

I understand wanting to list your home by yourself but understand that the visibility you will get is 1/4 of what you would get listing w/ a company.There are many discount brokers out there that will get you seen such as assist-a-sell, ect...It is worth looking into.
