Hi mikemonte -

To release your claim of a property, go to its Overview page and click on Release Claim link under More tools.

On the other hand, to claim a property, search for it here and go to its Overview page. Click on Claim your home link under Tools. In case you were not able to find the link, please provide the complete address and I'll further check.
